Yields 16, 2 oz. portions
1½ lbs. milk chocolate morsels
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1½ lbs. white chocolate morsels
15 crushed peppermint candies
Melt milk chocolate over a double broiler, stirring frequently. Once melted, add peppermint extract. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Once chocolate has melted, spread chocolate evenly over the parchment paper. Place in refrigerator to harden.
Melt the white chocolate over a double broiler, stirring frequently. Once the white chocolate has melted, spread it evenly over the milk chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Refrigerate until hardened, and then break into pieces.
