Formal Affair Clockwise from above, antique furnishings in the living room and throughout the house were brought from California. The den is a cozy spot with pecan paneling, built-in bookshelves, a fireplace, and plush seats. Custom redwood racks in the wine cellar can hold as many as 1,300 bottles.
Full House The seven-foot-wide circular staircase in the foyer creates a grand entrance to the greenstone home where Rob and Angela Simmons raise their children Beau, Benjamin, and Grace, and keep three tiny canines.
Kitchen Aid The only room in the 1938 home that went through a layout revision was the kitchen. Hallway walls separating the cooking and dining areas were removed, a bay window was installed over the sink, and custom cabinetry was added.
