Villain Arts has been organizing tattoo conventions around the country since 1999 and will host their third Asheville Tattoo Arts Festival in November. The gathering features TV favorite tattooers like Ink Masters’ Big Jaz, Kyle Dunbar, and Anette Larue, who was featured on the VICE series Tattoo Age. It’s a great place to get new ink from some of the nation’s best, or just to people watch. www.villainarts.com
