In a former bank off College Street, Rankin Vault offers an ambience that hearkens to the 1920s, when the speakeasy was the place to be. A selection of beers, wines, and cocktails complement the menu, which includes tacos made with your choice of Ashley Farms roasted chicken, Hickory Nut Gap pork belly, or black beans, and cheeseburger and pork sliders. The bacon-cheddar burger, winner of the 2014 WNC Battle of the Burger, is not to be missed. Food is served until late.
