TEAM EFFORT: All cheeses are handcrafted by Darë staff members at the company’s Asheville facility. Hageman (center) is committed to leading a sustainable business by ensuring her staff are paid a living wage, by reducing their carbon footprint, and using recyclable packaging.
ALL TOGETHER: While Darë cheeses are delicious on their own, they can be paired with other foods, such as for a charcuterie board.
