Busking is the time-honored tradition of performing in public for voluntary donations, and this September, hundreds of local artists take to the streets of downtown Boone for an afternoon of creativity in all its forms. Buskers Fest also incorporates interactive projects, so visitors can directly engage with the art. This year’s talent includes singer-guitarist John Sullivan, magician Dana Fleming, and jewelry maker Jess Brown.
