3/4 cup + 2 tbsp. Duke’s mayonnaise
3 cloves Garlic Confit
3 white anchovies
3 tbsp. chopped basil
3 tbsp. chopped chives
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. water
3/4 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. Aleppo pepper
Kosher salt, to taste
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Process until puréed, approximately 3-4 minutes. Season with salt as needed. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
