For 30 years running, the historic Grove Park Inn hosts the National Gingerbread House Competition, a beloved—and ambitious—holiday tradition. Other than the base, all structures must be entirely edible, which is no easy feat considering some of the more outlandish builds that are submitted each year. The hotel will be hosting the 12 Days of Gingerbread from the first to the twelfth, announcing one finalist each day.
