Jaime’s Mardi Gras Ball

February 9, 2016 More than 100 attendees donned festive attire for a New Orleans-style Mardi Gras party at Jaime’s Creole Brasserie in Brevard. Ticket sales, sponsors, and a silent auction of handmade works of art, gift certificates, and more raised funds for Rise & Shine, a year-round after-school program offering tutoring and academic tools for economically disadvantaged minority children. The event was the first in a series of fund-raisers to mark the organization’s 20th anniversary.
