Gan Shan Station

In its original north Asheville location, situated in an old gas station that’s been beautifully remodeled with industrial chic elements, Gan Shan brings the flavors of Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, and other East Asian nations to the table. Expect flavorful dishes such as drunken noodles with black bean chicken, beef carpaccio with gem lettuces, herbs, and chilies, and Korean chicken wings. Gan Shan West, on hip Haywood Road in West Asheville, offers counter service and a more casual menu with things like steam buns and ramen and rice bowls.
