There are Irish pubs, and then there’s Dugan’s, which really plays up its Irishness with tons of Notre Dame memorabilia, Appalachian barn wood paneling, and a daily countdown to St. Patrick’s Day. On the menu, plenty of Irish staples are present: bangers and mash, shepherd’s pie, corned beef and cabbage, and Guinness meatloaf. There’s a large vegetarian menu too.
