When it opened in 2013, Bull & Beggar appeared an instant success; everyone was talking about it. The railside eatery in the River Arts District serves the type of food you might have indulged in at the top of a Manhattan skyscraper in 1958, only the setting is much more casual. Steaks, slow-cooked meats, and full-flavor veggies are present, but the emphasis is on seafood; the restaurant serves a two-tiered seafood platter.
