As Ashe County’s only brewery, Boondocks is serious about its contribution to the burgeoning WNC beer scene. With more than 30 beers on tap and two bars, Boondocks offers both regional specialties and national session beers. The menu presents fun bar food (think peel-and-eat shrimp and bedecked burgers), plus handmade pizzas and indulgent entrées, such as pot roast dinner.
