March 3, 2014 Step into Philanthropy was the theme for this year’s soiree to raise funds for the Community Foundation of Henderson County, which supports benevolent endeavors including health and human services, academic scholarships, animal welfare, and more. Held at the Hendersonville Country Club, the evening set forth live entertainment, a tasting of local wines and beers, and food from area restaurants, including decadent desserts from Cakes du Jour.
