Mustard Grilled Onions
INGREDIENTS: 
1 cup Dijon mustard 1-2 Tbsp. dried tarragon 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 3 large red onions, sliced
DIRECTIONS: 
Mix mustard, tarragon, and vinegar together. Pour over sliced onions and marinate for one hour. Grill onions until desired temperature. Brush with more marinade as needed.
