Three springs fresh mint
1.5 oz. vodka
1.5-2.5 oz. ginger lemonade*
Slice of lime
Muddle two sprigs of mint in a 16-ounce glass, then fill with ice and add vodka and ginger lemonade. Top with club soda. Shake with a Boston shaker, then garnish with lime and sprig of mint.
*Ginger lemonade: Coarsely shred
1 cup of ginger, place it in a 16-ounce bottle, and fill with your favorite lemonade. Refrigerate for two weeks, shaking the bottle occasionally. It’s ready when the ginger starts to turn the lemonade slightly pink.
