2 oz chocolate, preferably dark (1 bar)
2 oz cream
5 oz half & half 


Break the chocolate bar into sections and place in a glass bowl. Bring the cream to a simmer on the stovetop at medium heat. Immediately pour the heated cream over chopped chocolate and cover. Let the mixture stand for one minute.

Add ganache and half & half to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until it starts to simmer. Pour small servings into espresso cups. (Optional) Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, add 1 oz of bourbon and stir, or stir in a pinch of cayenne pepper and ground cinnamon.
