A fantastic world cultural arts festival, LEAF Down by the River returns at The Outpost along the French Broad River. The day will be dedicated to local youth, family, and community. Enjoy cultural youth performances, dance classes, roaming artists, bounce houses, youth competition finalists, and activities like renting kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes, as well as plenty of local vendors, including food, drinks, handicrafts, healing arts, and more.
