This special event brings together local and regional teams for competitive dragon boat races on the scenic waters of Lake James. Hosted by Blue Ridge Healthcare Foundation, this festival raises funds—and awareness—for breast cancer patient support. The event begins in the early morning at the start of the race and lasts until late afternoon.
