INGREDIENTS:
Orange slice
Whole cloves
1¼ oz. Courvoisier
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 Tbs. honey water
1/2 cup boiling water
DIRECTIONS:
Spear an orange with cloves throughout. Slice the orange so the cloves are still embedded in the slices. Place a slice of orange in a heatproof glass (preferably with a handle). Pour the liquors into the glass. Add honey water, which is created like simple syrup by heating a one-to-one ratio of honey to water and mixing until honey is dissolved. Pour in boiling water and stir. Serve hot.
