INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Carriage House Apple Brandy
1/2 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. peach brandy
1 egg white
2 drops Angostura bitters
3/4 oz. whole milk
Spicebush
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into two chilled coupe glasses. Grate spicebush over the top. (Nutmeg or allspice may be substituted.)
Garnish with an orange twist.
