And the proof is in the more than 1,200 melt-in-your mouth mounds of gooey goodness made fresh each day. For the holidays, owner David Holloman offers a pumpkin spice cookie. “It’s got a pumpkin pie texture with a unique blend of spices not found in stores,” he says. “And it’s delicious.” So as not to reveal his signature spice blend, here, Holloman offers a slightly different, but equally delicious, version of the seasonal treat.
