Cranberry-orange Relish

1½ cups cranberries 3/4 cup orange juice 3/4 cup Grand Marnier 3/4 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. orange zest 2 oranges, separated into segments
In a medium-size saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, orange juice, Grand Marnier, sugar, and orange zest, and stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When berries burst and liquid begins to thicken, remove from heat and add orange segments. Check sweetness and adjust sugar to taste. Serve immediately, or cool and refrigerate.
