1.5 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. half-and-half
7 to 10 fresh mint leaves
1 egg white
Bittersweet chocolate shavings (optional)
Place all ingredients, except chocolate shavings, in a shaker with lots of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. “The harder the shake, the frothier the cocktail,” instructs Smith. Pour into a high ball glass through a strainer to remove mint leaves. Garnish with a mint sprig and chocolate shavings.
