INGREDIENTS: 

1 egg white 
2 oz. DeLeón Reposado tequila
.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Chai Syrup 
2 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6

DIRECTIONS: 

In a cocktail shaker, dry shake the egg white for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients plus ice and shake. Strain into another shaker or tumbler and shake ingredients again, sans ice. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe glass. After drink settles and egg whites rise to the top, grate fresh nutmeg to garnish.
