Butter Lettuce Salad with Goddess Dressing
INGREDIENTS: 
6 anchovies 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup green garlic, chopped (may substitute 2 garlic cloves) 2 scallions, chopped 3 Tbsp. lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. sugar 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup cheril, finely chopped 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped 1/4 cup basil, finely chopped Salt & pepper, to taste Salad 1½ cups sesame seeds 2 heads butter lettuce (about 2/3 lb.) 2 avocados, cubed 12 radishes, thinly sliced  
DIRECTIONS: 
To make the dressing, place anchovies, tahini, green garlic, scallions, lemon juice, lemon zest, vinegar, and sugar in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Once smooth, continue to blend and slowly stream in the olive oil until the mixture looks white and creamy. Pour into a bowl and stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. In a small pan over a medium-low flame, toast sesame seeds until light brown. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, tear apart washed butter lettuce, leaving smaller leaves whole. Scatter avocado over the lettuce and then spoon half the dressing over the salad. Scatter radishes over top and spoon additional dressing over the salad. Sprinkle liberally with toasted sesame seeds.
