INGREDIENTS: 
4 cups port 1 large shallot, minced 4 oz. blueberry sauce Salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS: 
In a sauce pot, simmer port and shallot over medium heat until liquid is reduced by half. Add blueberry sauce and keep over medium heat until reduced by one-third. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve for serving with steak.
