Thousands of model train enthusiasts and railfans are gathering in appreciation of the 1804 invention this winter. The expo will showcase all varieties of locomotive fanfare, including several working model train layouts, prototype equipment and artifacts, testing and repair, as well as a visit from Thomas the Tank Engine for tiny train buffs.
