“Attention to detail” sounds like an understatement when talking about All Souls Pizza. The pasta, polenta, and pies are prepared with care and fastidiousness. Owner and baker Dave Bauer (also of wholesale bakery Farm & Sparrow) sources and mills wheat from farmers who grow heirloom varieties, thus lending an original taste to the pizzas. The menu is straightforward; the resulting dishes are delicious. Closed Monday.
