For years, the Asheville dining crowd has longed for a place to eat thick spicy stews of lentils and lamb and spongy flatbread called injera. Now, those Ethiopian staples finally have a WNC home. Addissae opened in December with individual and traditional group platings, plus Ethiopian-style coffee service. Closed Tuesday.
