After having survived a year of having both hands in casts,I found myself itching to put “pencil to paper“.
Some of the drawings are done almost in a trance, in one sitting as if the utensil can not be stilled.
It became clear to me that the message was all about perception.How we choose to take in information, along with sociopolitical understanding of the human condition, as in the webs we weave.
I see the pieces as portals to allow us to see these connective bridges, using expansive yet detailed images that ask us to participate and ruminate. These pieces are ever changing, please feel free
to turn them around, see them from different direction because life is all about how we choose to see!
