Born and raised in Texas until I was 14 when my family moved to Hendersonville, North Carolina. Once I graduated High School in 2002, I took two semesters at the local community college. I was soon bitten by the travel bug and spent the next few years traveling the country... camera always in tow. I moved to Asheville when Katrina hit a little too close to where I was living and decided to get my life back on track. In late 2008, I finally decided to pursue my love of photography and applied to Appalachian State University and was quickly accepted. I started classes Fall 2009 and have loved every second of it!
