The Cub

This seven-mile foot race begins at Valle Crucis School, crosses the Watauga River, climbs for spectacular views at Danner Cemetery, then dips back to the start. This is the first race of the High Country Triple Crown, with a half-marathon on August 25 and The Knob, a two-mile run, on October 5.
