Mud Mountain Run
On Sunday, the course at Hendersonville's Berkley Park will be covered in thick, gooey mud for participants to slog through as they maneuver over, around, and through obstacles. Good times!
The fun isn't limited to mud-runners, though. The Family Fun event will entail muddy games for all ages and a 1 mile mud run will be created with kids ages 8-12 in mind. Both young and old will enjoy mud tug of war or mud volleyball.
The beneficiary of the event's proceeds is Hands On! A Child's Gallery. Registration is underway and participation in the race is limited to the first 1,300 people. Spectators, cheering squads, and festival-goers are welcome all day.
