Fluid Rendering

The Bascom, Highlands’ nonprofit visual arts center, offers a multitude of classes in many mediums. Starting May 30, Robin Swaby teaches watercolor to beginners and intermediate painters. Students will learn wet and dry brush techniques. Classes are every Wednesday, 1-3 p.m., through June 20 and registration is required. $135, $100 for Bascom members;
