Hickory’s SALT Block Foundation oversees the operation of the SALT Block arts and science complex downtown. Friends and supporters celebrated at this event, which drew over 250 people in their best Derby attire to the SALT Block North Lawn for a day filled with flavored juleps, a Southern-style buffet from R&R Catering, raffles, and a screening of the popular Kentucky horse race.
