Asheville Independent Restaurant Association members collaborated to host this delectable event to benefit the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce. A silent auction also raised money for AIR’s Chefs of Tomorrow scholarship fund. The evening kicked off with signature cocktails, followed by a six-course meal that highlighted specialties from Fiore’s Ristorante Toscana, The Corner Kitchen, Savoy, and Bouchon French Bistro, among others.
